  • Place Tres Estrellas® pizza flour in a bowl, slowly pour in the water, and knead by hand for 12 minutes or until you get an elastic dough. Shape the pizza dough into a ball, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes or until it doubles in size.
  • Punch the dough and divide it into 4 portions. With the help of a rolling pin, roll it out on a flat surface with a little flour and transfer it to a 15 cm pan.
  • Add a little of La Moderna® pasta sauce, sprinkle the cheese, and arrange the pepperoni and onion on the sides to form the clown's hair. Use a red pepper for the smile, 2 green peppers for the eyebrows, 2 sausages for the eyes, and a cherry tomato for the nose. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Serve the pepperoni pizza on a personal plate and pair it with a refreshing drink.
