Place Tres Estrellas® pizza flour in a bowl, slowly pour in the water, and knead by hand for 12 minutes or until you get an elastic dough. Shape the pizza dough into a ball, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes or until it doubles in size. Punch the dough and divide it into 4 portions. With the help of a rolling pin, roll it out on a flat surface with a little flour and transfer it to a 15 cm pan.
