Mac and Cheese Pizza with Chorizo

This mac and cheese pizza has a crispy crust and is creamy, filled with lots of cheese and chorizo flavor. It's a great option for a craving afternoon with friends. Plus, it’s made very quickly.

  • 1/2 cups chorizo
  • 1 bag elbow pasta, (500 g) of #4
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 1 flour tortillas, for burritos
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée, seasoned
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • In a medium skillet, cook the chorizo until fully cooked. Remove excess fat and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta in a pot with water and salt until al dente or according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it hot with the cream cheese. Set aside.
  • Spread the tomato sauce over the tortilla and add the pasta, chorizo, and shredded cheeses.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheeses melt. Serve immediately.
