1/2 cups chorizo
1 bag elbow pasta, (500 g) of #4
1/2 sticks cream cheese, (190 g)
1 flour tortillas, for burritos
1/2 cups tomato purée, seasoned
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
In a medium skillet, cook the chorizo until fully cooked. Remove excess fat and set aside.
Cook the pasta in a pot with water and salt until al dente or according to the package instructions.
Drain the pasta and mix it hot with the cream cheese. Set aside.
Spread the tomato sauce over the tortilla and add the pasta, chorizo, and shredded cheeses.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheeses melt. Serve immediately.
