This porridge is an excellent alternative for babies who cannot tolerate citrus fruits, thanks to the vitamin C provided by the melon, as well as being rich in beta-carotene, which helps in the formation of collagen, bones, and teeth.

1 banana, chopped
1/4 cups yogurt, natural
1 teaspoon chia seeds
