Mini Beef Fajitas, Beans, and Mango

These beef fajitas accompanied by beans and mango are a great option to encourage the movements of your one-year-old baby and older, as the meat helps in the creation of dopamine. Additionally, beans are a good source of zinc that supports the activity of brain neurotransmitters.

  • 1/8 onions, in pen
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, in strips
  • 1/2 cups tenderloin tip
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pinto beans, refried
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 mangoes, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Manchego cheese, shredded

  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the onion along with the peppers until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  • Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes. Season and set aside.
  • In another skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the beans, seasoning with salt.
  • Serve on a plate with three compartments: the fajitas, the beans, and the mango. Sprinkle the beans with cheese.
