Mini Octopus Sausages

  • 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1/2 cups corn masa flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • sparkling water
  • mayonnaise, for frying

  • On a cutting board, using a knife, cut the FUD® Turkey Hot Dog sausages in half and then into tentacle shapes.
  • In a bowl, mix the pancake flour, corn flour, baking powder, egg, and mineral water gradually until you achieve a thick mixture.
  • Dip the head of the octopus, leaving the tentacles uncovered, into the previous mixture and fry until the tentacles open in a pot with hot oil. Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve the mini octopuses, decorating the eyes and mouth with mayonnaise. Dip in ketchup and enjoy.
