On a cutting board, using a knife, cut the FUD® Turkey Hot Dog sausages in half and then into tentacle shapes. In a bowl, mix the pancake flour, corn flour, baking powder, egg, and mineral water gradually until you achieve a thick mixture. Dip the head of the octopus, leaving the tentacles uncovered, into the previous mixture and fry until the tentacles open in a pot with hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve the mini octopuses, decorating the eyes and mouth with mayonnaise. Dip in ketchup and enjoy.
