Oatmeal with Apple, Pear, and Prune

10 grams oat flake, natural (do not use instant) 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons water
60 milliliters unsweetened apple juice
50 grams apple, peeled, cored, and diced (1/2 piece)
15 grams seedless prune, pitted and chopped (2 pieces)
100 grams pear, cored and sliced (1/2 piece)

Place the oats, apple juice, and two tablespoons of water in a pan, allow to boil, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the peeled and diced apple, prunes, and peeled pear pieces, and cover the pan. Let cook until the fruits soften, stirring occasionally.
Blend all ingredients until achieving a smooth consistency.
