Cut the sausages in half, only at one end of the sausage, and make two cuts in an X or cross shape with a knife. What you will achieve with this is that when you place them in hot oil, these cuts will make the sausage resemble an octopus because the cut will cause the tentacles to appear. That’s why you should only make the cut at one end of the sausage inward, not at both ends.
You should remove the excess pink oil with mustard and ketchup, that's all.
You can add melted yellow cheese and Valentina sauce on top.
Wash the potatoes very well, peel them, and cut them into strips that are not too thick or too thin.
Once they are cut, put them to boil in water, but don't let them boil too much, just let them come to a boil.
Once cooled, fry them in plenty of oil.
