1/2 ripe tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 egg
1 clove garlic
olive oil
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch salt

Peel the tomato, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces, and set aside.
Wash the peppers, remove stems and seeds, and cut into not too large pieces.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a pot with a little oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers until golden.
After five minutes, add the tomato, sugar, and salt.
Keep boiling for 10 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
Crack the egg, pour it on top, and stir with a wooden spoon until the egg white sets.
