Pita Poquets de Turkey and Cheese

This is a good alternative to give a twist to your usual sandwiches by changing some of the ingredients. This way you can enjoy what you love without getting bored with the same thing.

  • 1 slice pita bread
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 2 slices Oaxaca cheese, fresh
  • 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 cups watermelon

  • Heat the pita bread on a griddle.
  • Cut the bread in half and open it from the center to make it open.
  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the breads.
  • Place the slices of ham and cheese inside the bread.
  • Place the tomato and lettuce inside the bread.
  • Serve the pita with the watermelon on the side.
