Pizza Bombs

  • 1 box Tres Estrellas® pizza flour, 400 g
  • 1 cup water
  • La Moderna® pasta sauce, included in the packaging
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups pepperoni, for filling
  • 1/4 cups butter, shredded, for brushing
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • italian herbs, for decorating
  • La Moderna® pasta sauce, for serving

  • Place Tres Estrellas® pizza flour in a bowl, slowly pour in the water and knead by hand for 12 minutes or until you obtain an elastic dough. Shape the pizza dough into a ball, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes or until it doubles in size.
  • Punch the dough and divide it into 8 portions. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough on a flat surface with a little flour, brush with La Moderna® pasta sauce, add manchego cheese and pepperoni. Take the ends and close it, pressing lightly, place it on the table and shape into a ball.
  • Place the pizza bombs on a baking tray, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. Bake at 180 °C for 12 minutes.
  • Serve the pizza bombs on a platter and accompany with tomato sauce.
