Potato, Carrot, and Guava Puree

Delicious puree for babies 6 months and older made with potato, carrot, and guava.

  • 1 carrot, washed and peeled
  • 1 new potatoes, washed and peeled
  • 2 guavas, washed and with the ends cut off
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • Place the fruits and vegetables in a pot, cover them with water, and put them on the heat.
  • When it comes to a boil, lower the heat, add the sugar, and let it cook for 20 minutes or until the potato and carrot are soft.
  • Blend all the ingredients; if it is too thick, add a little purified water and blend again.
  • Strain the puree to remove the guava seeds and store the preparation in a cleaned and sterilized container.
