1 carrot, washed and peeled
1 new potatoes, washed and peeled
2 guavas, washed and with the ends cut off
water
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Place the fruits and vegetables in a pot, cover them with water, and put them on the heat.
When it comes to a boil, lower the heat, add the sugar, and let it cook for 20 minutes or until the potato and carrot are soft.
Blend all the ingredients; if it is too thick, add a little purified water and blend again.
Strain the puree to remove the guava seeds and store the preparation in a cleaned and sterilized container.
