Drain the water from the cans of corn and peas. Set aside.
Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions, making sure they are not too soft. Set aside.
Arrange the ingredients on a large plate from largest to smallest. Start with the tomato, followed by the carrot, corn, peas, and blueberries.
Form small balls with the mashed potatoes, use the photo as a guide to achieve them. Place two sesame seeds as eyes, for the mouth I suggest using a halved olive.
For the cheeks, you can use small circles of tomato or drops of ketchup.
Season the entire rainbow with salt and pepper.
