  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese
  • 4 turkey sausage
  • La Posada® Oil
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

  • On a flour tortilla, place a slice of manchego cheese and a sausage, roll it up, and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat this process until you have all the burritos needed for your lunch.
  • In a preheated skillet over medium heat, pour a little Aceite La Posada® and then fry the burritos for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown on all sides.
  • Remove excess oil with a napkin and let cool slightly.
  • Serve on a plate or place them in the lunchbox, not forgetting to accompany them with ketchup and mayonnaise.
