  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, in thin strips
  • 10 turkey sausage
  • 1 egg
  • Manchego cheese, sliced
  • clove

  • Sprinkle flour over a flat surface and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. Cut 10 rectangles the same length as the sausage and 5 cm wide. Cut strips along the edges, leaving a 2 to 3 cm margin in the center, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add a strip of cheese, the sausage, and alternate each strip.
  • Brush the sausage mummies with egg and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Use the tip of a round piping nozzle to cut out the cheese eyes.
  • Remove the mummies from the air fryer, place cheese eyes, and insert a clove in the center of each eye.
  • Serve the sausage mummies and drizzle with La Botanera Clásica®.
