Sweet Potato Express Puree

Sweet puree for your baby, you won’t believe how easy it is to make in a Pressure Cooker®. You can also use it as a side dish for your savory dishes.

  • 750 grams sweet potato, orange, sweet, clean and skinless

  • Wash and disinfect the sweet potatoes, chop the sweet potatoes into cubes. Place them in a Pressure Cooker®, add water to cover with an excess of 1/2 cm.
  • Close the Pressure Cooker® and put on the pressure regulator, place it on the stove with high heat, when the steam comes out, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the Pressure Cooker® from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, and open the Pressure Cooker®.
  • The sweet potatoes should feel soft when pierced. Let cool. Transfer to a food processor and blend until you achieve a smooth puree.
