Wash and disinfect the sweet potatoes, chop the sweet potatoes into cubes. Place them in a Pressure Cooker®, add water to cover with an excess of 1/2 cm.
Close the Pressure Cooker® and put on the pressure regulator, place it on the stove with high heat, when the steam comes out, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the Pressure Cooker® from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, and open the Pressure Cooker®.
The sweet potatoes should feel soft when pierced. Let cool. Transfer to a food processor and blend until you achieve a smooth puree.
