Mash the potatoes, mix with the tuna, salt, and pepper until combined, and shape into nuggets.
Pass the nuggets through flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry them in enough oil.
Garnish with circles of Manchego cheese and nori seaweed.
Place the tuna nuggets on the rice, add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and orange wedges, and continue enjoying with Danonino®.
