  • 2 cups tuna
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cups celery, diced
  • 1 cup peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • McCormick® mayonnaise squeeze, 320 grams
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 12 slices sandwich bread, without edges
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® mayonnaise squeeze
  • 10 slices Manchego cheese

  • In a bowl, mix the tuna with the carrot, celery, peas, and tomato, add McCormick® squeeze mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • On a table, place the slices of bread, and use a rolling pin to press and join the corners of each slice.
  • Spread McCormick® squeeze mayonnaise over the entire surface of the bread, add cheese slices and the tuna salad. Using your hands, roll it up, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
