Turkey, Asparagus, and Olive Oil Puree

  • 1/2 bunches asparagus, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup broccoli, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • In a small pot with water on high heat, boil the asparagus and broccoli for 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool.
  • Blend the vegetables with the turkey breast, olive oil, and a bit of the cooking liquid.
