Vegetable puree with tomato and cheese

Delicious mix of vegetables with a bit of cheese and fresh tomatoes. This puree will give your baby Vitamin C and Beta-Carotene. Give this puree to your baby starting at 7 months.

  • 200 grams carrot, 2 peeled and sliced pieces
  • 200 grams cauliflower, cut into florets (1 1/4 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 200 grams tomato, 2 pieces
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese, (3/4 cup)

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Add the chopped carrots to a pan with enough water to cover them, cover, and let it boil.
  • Let the carrot boil for 10 minutes and add the cauliflower, let it boil for approximately 6 more minutes, until both ingredients are soft.
  • Melt the butter and sauté the chopped tomatoes for 3 minutes or until they are soft.
  • Add the cheese and turn off the heat when it melts.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you get a puree with the desired consistency.
