Grilled Steak, Marinated with Rosemary

The perfect recipe for a Sunday barbecue.

  • 1 beefsteak
  • 15 grams garlic
  • 23 grams rosemary
  • 23 milliliters olive oil
  • 8 milliliters lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 23 milliliters red wine vinegar
  • 2 bay leaves, crushed

  • For the marinade: put fresh rosemary, lemon juice, fresh garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano in a bowl and mix.
  • In a plastic bag, put the marinade and add the meat, store in the refrigerator.
  • 30 minutes before cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator.
  • The grill should be set to medium-high heat so the meat cooks and gets grill marks. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side of the meat.
  • Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
