15 grams garlic
23 grams rosemary
23 milliliters olive oil
8 milliliters lime juice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
23 milliliters red wine vinegar
2 bay leaves, crushed
Preparation

For the marinade: put fresh rosemary, lemon juice, fresh garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano in a bowl and mix.
In a plastic bag, put the marinade and add the meat, store in the refrigerator.
30 minutes before cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator.
The grill should be set to medium-high heat so the meat cooks and gets grill marks. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side of the meat.
Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
