Arabic Bread with Cheese, Ham, and Salad

Delicious recipe for Arabic bread with cheese and ham, very healthy thanks to the salad that accompanies it.

  • 1 arabic bread, whole grain
  • 2 slices turkey deli ham
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1/4 bell peppers, washed and cut into strips
  • 1/4 tomatoes, washed and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons corn kernel , canned
  • 1 slice onion, cut into rings
  • salt , and pepper to taste
  • olive oil , to taste
  • 1 pinch basil, dry

  • In a skillet greased with olive oil, we heat the Arabic bread on both sides and remove it from the skillet when it is soft.
  • In the same skillet, we will melt the cheese and place it on the Arabic bread.
  • On top of the cheese, we add a pinch of basil, turkey ham, and the vegetables.
  • We will season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle some olive oil on top, and that's it!!!
