1 arabic bread, whole grain
2 slices turkey deli ham
4 slices Manchego cheese
1/4 bell peppers, washed and cut into strips
1/4 tomatoes, washed and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons corn kernel , canned
1 slice onion, cut into rings
salt , and pepper to taste
olive oil , to taste
1 pinch basil, dry

In a skillet greased with olive oil, we heat the Arabic bread on both sides and remove it from the skillet when it is soft.
In the same skillet, we will melt the cheese and place it on the Arabic bread.
On top of the cheese, we add a pinch of basil, turkey ham, and the vegetables.
We will season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle some olive oil on top, and that's it!!!
