Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 pita brad, integral
  • 2 slices Turkey ham
  • 4 slices manchego cheese
  • 1/4 bell peppers, washed and cut into strips
  • 1/4 tomatoes, washed and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons corn kernels, canned
  • 1 slice onion, cut in hoops
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • olive oils, to taste
  • 1 pinch basil, dry

Preparation

In a pan greased with olive oil heat the Arab bread on both sides and remove from the pan when it is soft
In the same pan, melt the cheese and place it on the Arabic bread.
Top the cheese with the pinch of basil, turkey ham and vegetables.
We will pepper to the taste and we will place a trickle of olive oil on top of everything and ready !!!
