Asparagus Panini with Vegetable Cheese

  • 30 grams dairy free cheese
  • 10 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 pan for panini, slices

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  • Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Bake the asparagus for 10 minutes to keep them crispy.
  • Assemble the paninis by adding the cheese and asparagus inside the bread.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes if desired to slightly brown the bread.
