Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Bake the asparagus for 10 minutes to keep them crispy.
Assemble the paninis by adding the cheese and asparagus inside the bread.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes if desired to slightly brown the bread.
