After washing the asparagus, cut the stem (only the white part). Place the asparagus in a steaming basket.
In a pot, pour 4 fingers of water and add a few pinches (to taste) of Knorr Suiza for seasoning. Place the steaming basket inside the pot and cover it. Let the asparagus cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Grate a tablespoon of orange peel. Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice out. Remember to strain it to get rid of the pulp.
Pour the mayonnaise into a bowl. Then add the orange zest and juice. Mix until smooth.
Serve the asparagus and place the mixture on the side as a garnish.
