Avocado Butter

Prepare this delicious avocado butter that will be perfect for dressing, marinating, and complementing your dishes. It tastes great with chicken and fish. Additionally, if you keep it frozen, it can last up to 3 months; it's a perfect seasoning.

  • Place all the ingredients in the food processor or blender.
  • Blend them very well until a homogeneous mixture is created.
  • Pour the mixture onto wax paper and shape it into a cylinder, or you can put some of the mixture in an ice cube tray to portion the butter.
  • Freeze for 1 hour.
