Ingredients

1 portion
  • 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 2 avocados, little ones
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 lemons, just the juice
  • 1/2 lemons, just the zest
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Take all ingredients to the food processor or blender.
Tritúralos perfectly well until creating a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture on waxed paper and form a cylinder or you can put a little of the mixture in an ice mold and thus have the butter portioned.
Freeze 1 hour

TIPS

If you have it in freezing, take it out about 15 minutes before using it.
