This delicious baked chicken in foil has a rich combination of vegetables and is super healthy due to its oven cooking. Your whole family will love it, and it’s super simple.
Cut the chicken into 2 cm strips and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the white wine, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Set aside.
On baking paper, place the chicken, the vegetables, and add the wine mixture, just two to three tablespoons. Close the aluminum by rolling it all around, forming a little box, and bake for 30 minutes at 180° C.
Serve on a flat plate and garnish with parsley leaves and red onion.
