Beet and Oriental Broccoli Salad

  • 10 milliliters white vinegar
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams pepper
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, cooked and in small florets
  • 1/2 cups beet, cooked and diced
  • 10 grams sesame seeds
  • 10 milliliters sesame oil

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette in a bowl by mixing white vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture and garnish with sesame seeds.
