1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
4 eggs
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cups elbow pasta, cooked and chopped

In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the onion and garlic; once they are translucent, add the broccoli for about 3 minutes.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients including what was sautéed in the skillet. Season to taste.
Grease the muffin molds and pour in the mixture. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 180 degrees.
