Delicious and nutritious broccoli muffins. A healthy and easy to prepare recipe that your family will love. If any member of your family does not like vegetables, this option is ideal for you, delicious macaroni pasta cupcakes, cheese and broccoli.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups elbow pasta, cooked and chopped

Preparation

In a skillet with a little oil, fry the onion and garlic, add the broccoli for about 3 minutes.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients including what was added to the pan. Season to taste.
Grease the muffin molds and pour the mixture Bake 15 to 18 minutes by 180 degrees

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate.

TIPS

You can substitute broccoli for any other vegetable and also. You can change the Manchego cheese for the cheese that you like the most.
