Burrito Noodles

These zucchini noodles are full of flavor, as they are prepared in a Mexican style, with tomato, corn, beans, and cherry tomatoes. Since they are made with zucchini instead of pasta, they are a healthy and delicious way to include vegetables in your daily diet. The crunchier the noodles are, the better they will taste.
