These pumpkin noodles have a lot of flavor, because they are prepared in the Mexican style, with tomatoes, corn, beans and cherry tomatoes. Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons My Knorr ® Tomato
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 package Clam of Zucchini Eva® Noodles
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in halves
  • 1 cup black bean, whole
  • 1 cup whole corn kernels, yellow
  • enough panela cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic, onion, carrot and ground beef. Add My Tomato Knorr® with a little water, cook until it changes color and the meat is cooked.
Add the Simple Veggies Noodles Zuccini Eva®, the cherry tomato, the black bean and the yellow corn.
Serve with some crumbled panela cheese and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve sprinkled with fresh cheese.
