Cabbage and Carrot Tostadas

I present to you my alternative for a delicious snack when you are very hungry. They are delicious tostadas prepared with carrot and cabbage salad. A simple and low-fat dish.

  • 4 corn tostadas
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cabbages, grated
  • 1 onion, small
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cups sour cream

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and the vegetables, sauté for about 5 to 10 minutes, and remove from heat.
  • Then serve on the tostada and add the cream of your choice.
