Caesar Salad with Shrimp

A very delicious salad, used in many restaurants in the area, and it is a good starter as a first course.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 300 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Caesar dressing, as needed
  • 12 shrimp, without shell
  • 1 tomato, in strips without seeds
  • 4 slices bread, of golden garlic

  • In a hot skillet, melt a layer of Parmesan cheese, peel off the cheese layer, and place it over a mold (on a plate or something that gives it the shape of a basket). Once two Parmesan baskets are made, let them cool. In a skillet, cook the shrimp.
  • Cut the lettuce into squares of approximately 1 cm. Then pour it into a bowl and mix with the Caesar dressing.
  • Once the cheese basket is cool, place it on a plate and on top of it, add the salad. Decorate as you like with tomatoes, shrimp, remaining cheese, and toasted bread.
