In a hot skillet, melt a layer of Parmesan cheese, peel off the cheese layer, and place it over a mold (on a plate or something that gives it the shape of a basket). Once two Parmesan baskets are made, let them cool.
In a skillet, cook the shrimp.
Cut the lettuce into squares of approximately 1 cm. Then pour it into a bowl and mix with the Caesar dressing.
Once the cheese basket is cool, place it on a plate and on top of it, add the salad. Decorate as you like with tomatoes, shrimp, remaining cheese, and toasted bread.
