Ingredients: 1 romaine lettuce; 300 grams Parmesan cheese, grated; Caesar dressing, as needed; 12 shrimp, without shell; 1 tomato, in strips without seeds; 4 slices bread, of golden garlic

In a hot skillet, melt a layer of Parmesan cheese, peel off the cheese layer, and place it over a mold (on a plate or something that gives it the shape of a basket). Once two Parmesan baskets are made, let them cool. In a skillet, cook the shrimp. Cut the lettuce into squares of approximately 1 cm. Then pour it into a bowl and mix with the Caesar dressing.
