1/4 cups Hellmann's® classic mayonnaise, for chipotle sauce
1/8 cups salsa, chipotle, for chipotle sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar, for chipotle sauce
1 tablespoon salsa, ponzu, for chipotle sauce
1/4 cream cheese, for chipotle sauce
1 tablespoon Knorr® vegetable bouillon, for chipotle sauce
300 grams surimi, cut into strips
1 avocado, cut into a fan
1 serrano chile, cut into slices
1/4 cups green onion, (tail) cut into slices
black sesame seeds, for serving

In a small pot with boiling water, blanch your Eva® Cauliflower Bits and add a tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Remove from the heat, strain, and set aside.
For the chipotle sauce, place Hellmann's® Classic Mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, rice vinegar, ponzu sauce, cream cheese, season with a tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth in the blender, and blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a bowl, place the blanched Eva® Cauliflower Bits, accompany with surimi, avocado, serrano chili, green onion tops, serve with chipotle sauce, and garnish with black sesame seeds. Enjoy.
