  • 600 grams strawberries
  • 60 grams fructose
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • Wash and disinfect the strawberries.
  • Remove the stems and cut them into quarters.
  • Heat the water with the fructose until it boils and thickens a bit, and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add the balsamic, then the strawberries just until they soak up the syrup and come to a boil.
  • Remove from heat immediately.
  • Let them cool, arrange them in glasses, and refrigerate until serving time.
