600 grams strawberries
60 grams fructose
1/4 cups water
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Wash and disinfect the strawberries.
Remove the stems and cut them into quarters.
Heat the water with the fructose until it boils and thickens a bit, and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add the balsamic, then the strawberries just until they soak up the syrup and come to a boil.
Remove from heat immediately.
Let them cool, arrange them in glasses, and refrigerate until serving time.
