Candied strawberries with balsamic, low in calories, delicious and healthy

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 600 grams strawberry
  • 60 grams fructose
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Washes and disinfects strawberries.
Remove the tail and cut into quarters.
Heat the water with the fructose until it boils and thickens a little, and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add the balsamic, then the strawberries only until they are impregnated with syrup and boil.
Remove immediately from the fire.
Let them cool, arrange them in the glasses and refrigerate until serving time.

PRESENTATION

They are decorated with a few leaves of basil or mint.

TIPS

Fructose is a type of sugar found in fruits, extracted and concentrated. It contains less calories.
