Preparation
Washes and disinfects strawberries.
Remove the tail and cut into quarters.
Heat the water with the fructose until it boils and thickens a little, and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add the balsamic, then the strawberries only until they are impregnated with syrup and boil.
Remove immediately from the fire.
Let them cool, arrange them in the glasses and refrigerate until serving time.
