Caprese Salad with Egg Whites

Caprese salad is a typical dish of Italian cuisine; here we present an adaptation of the recipe, where we include delicious egg whites, increasing the protein content of the breakfast and adding a delicious flavor.

60 grams San Juan® egg whites
90 grams Mozzarella cheese, buffalo
60 grams tomato
10 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
5 grams basil
4 grams white pine nuts
2 grams soybean sprouts
ground black peppers, to taste
salt, to taste
1 basil, (the flower)

Cook the San Juan® Egg Whites in a skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cut them into circles.
Slice the tomatoes and cheese into medium rounds.
Place the sprouts in the center of the plate, alternating the slices of tomato, mozzarella cheese, and egg whites on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend the basil leaves with olive oil and pine nuts, remove and drizzle over the salad.
