The caprese salad is a typical salad, in this recipe we substitute mozzarella cheese for tofu to make it creative and change the flavor you are used to.
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices with a serrated knife.
Slice the tofu into slices like tomato.
Stir in the oil, vinegar and lemon, season with salt and pepper, add 2 minced basil leaves and stir.
Arrange a tomato slice on each plate, then a tofu slice, then a basil slice, a tomato slice, and so on until you have 3 pieces of tofu per plate. Add the dressing and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
