Slice the tofu into rounds similar to the tomatoes.
Mix the oil, vinegar, and lemon, season with salt and pepper, add 2 chopped basil leaves, and stir.
Arrange on each plate a slice of tomato, then a slice of tofu, then a basil leaf, another slice of tomato, and so on until there are 3 pieces of tofu per plate. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
