The caprese salad is a typical salad, in this recipe we substitute in mozzarella cheese for tofu to make it a creative and change the flavor to which you are accustomed.

Preparation
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices, using a serrated knife.
Slice the tofu into slices like those of tomato.
Stir the oil, vinegar and lemon, season with salt and pepper, add 2 chopped basil leaves and stir.
Place a slice of tomato on each plate, then one of tofu, then one of basil, another of tomato and so on until you have 3 pieces of tofu per dish. Put the dressing and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
