I love making this recipe because it’s a way to teach my kids to eat vegetables and it’s also a fun way to make them, I hope they like it.

2 cups cauliflower
2 cups broccoli
3 eggs
50 grams grated cheese
1/2 onions, chopped
salt
pepper

Cook the vegetables until tender.
In 1 bowl, beat the eggs with the cheese, add the chopped vegetables and onion.
Mix everything well and pour into the greased molds, filling only 3/4 full.
Place the mold in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
