Cauliflower and Broccoli Muffins

I love making this recipe because it is a way of teaching my children to eat vegetables and it is also a fun way to make them, I hope and they like it.

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams grated cheese
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparation

  • Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
  • In 1 mold beat the eggs with the cheese, add the chopped vegetables and the onion.
  • Stir everything well and empty the greased molds and just fill 3/4 parts.
  • Put the mold in the oven at 180ºC preheated for 20 minutes.
