Cauliflower and Broccoli Muffins

I love making this recipe because it’s a way to teach my kids to eat vegetables and it’s also a fun way to make them, I hope they like it.

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams grated cheese
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparation

  • Cook the vegetables until tender.
  • In 1 bowl, beat the eggs with the cheese, add the chopped vegetables and onion.
  • Mix everything well and pour into the greased molds, filling only 3/4 full.
  • Place the mold in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
