I love making this recipe because it is a way of teaching my children to eat vegetables and it is also a fun way to make them, I hope and they like it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of cauliflower
  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
    In 1 mold beat the eggs with the cheese, add the chopped vegetables and the onion.
    Stir everything well and empty the greased molds and just fill 3/4 parts.
    Put the mold in the oven at 180ºC preheated for 20 minutes.
