  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips

  • 10 leaves basil, to decorate

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Process the cauliflower in a food processor to obtain a moderately fine powder.
  • Place the cauliflower in a bowl and dehydrate in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes at maximum power.
  • Mix the cauliflower with the egg, salt, pepper and flour.
  • On a tray with waxed paper, spread the cauliflower dough with a rolling pin to form a circle. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
