Cauliflower Rice with Vegetables and Turkey Breast

  • 1 cauliflower, large
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • 2 carrots, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups Zwan® natural turkey breast, 250 g
  • 1/4 cups peas, cooked
  • 1/4 cups ear corn, canned yellow, drained

  • In a processor, place cauliflower in pieces at medium speed until small pieces are obtained. Set aside.
  • Sauté cauliflower in a skillet with sesame oil, add carrots, ginger, and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Add the Natural Zwan® Turkey Breast, soy sauce, corn, and peas, and cook covered for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve hot in a bowl and pair with green tea.
