  • 1 cup corn masa flour

  • Pour the Eva® Cauliflower Bits into a pot with hot water. Cook for 4 minutes, drain, and cool under a stream of cold water. Remove excess water with a cotton cloth. Set aside until use.
  • Blend the chiles along with the onion and garlic until obtaining a thick mixture; if necessary, remove some of the soaking water. Strain and set aside the pulp.
  • Place the Eva® Cauliflower Bits in a bowl, pour in the pulp of the chiles, corn flour, salt, and pepper, and mix. With your hands, form balls with the dough and set aside.
  • In a tortilla press, place plastic and press the ball to form the tortilla.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the tortilla on both sides until slightly golden.
  • Accompany your tortillas with a nopal salad.
