Celery Sticks with Jocoque

These celery sticks have all the creamy flavor of jocoque with coriander, a dressing that you can enjoy to accompany other vegetables or fruits such as cucumber, carrot, jicama or apple. You will love its taste and practicality.

  • 2 cups jocoque
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, without seeds
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 sprigs celery, without leaves
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, roasted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

  • In a bowl mix the jocoque together with the garlic, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste until completely integrated. Reserve in refrigeration until use.
  • With the help of a potato peeler, remove the first fiber from the celery. Then, on a board, cut the branches into canes approximately 8 centimeters long. Remember that the wider the branches, the wider the gap in the middle.
  • Fill the celery holes with the jocoque dressing, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and black sesame.
