Celery Sticks with Jocoque

These celery sticks have all the creamy flavor of jocoque with cilantro, a dressing that you can enjoy alongside other vegetables or fruits like cucumber, carrot, jicama, or apple. You will love its flavor and practicality.

  • In a bowl, mix the jocoque with the garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste until fully combined. Reserve in the refrigerator until use.
  • Using a vegetable peeler, remove the first fiber from the celery. Then, on a cutting board, cut the stalks into sticks approximately 8 centimeters long. Remember that the wider the stalks, the larger the hollow in the middle will be.
  • Fill the hollows of the celery with the jocoque dressing, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and black sesame seeds.
