1 avocado
5 tomatoes
fresh cilantro
1 onion

1 tablespoon chicken consommé, white
1 tablespoon white vinegar
5 limes
5 serrano chiles

Preparation

Add salt, bay leaf, broth, and soy to the water, and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the excess water from the soy and set aside.
Finely chop all the ingredients and add them to the soy.
Mix well and serve.
