Ceviche with Soy

  • 1 avocado
  • 5 tomatoes
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1 onion
  • bay
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé, white
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 5 limes
  • 5 serrano chiles
  • hot sauce

  • Add salt, bay leaf, broth, and soy to the water, and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the excess water from the soy and set aside.
  • Finely chop all the ingredients and add them to the soy.
  • Mix well and serve.
